Join us for SWEAT x SCULPT, a 45-minute community movement session rooted in power, strength, and purpose. This energizing class combines powerful bodyweight conditioning and mobility exercises, focusing on deep core activation and intentional movement. Using minimal equipment—yoga mats, blocks, and resistance bands—we’ll work together to build personal strength while strengthening the connections in our community.
But this is more than just a workout. It’s a movement for good. The purpose of this class is togetherness—bringing us all together for a cause. This holiday season, we’re raising funds and collecting Christmas gift donations for the Juvenile Restorative Program (JRP) Youth. Each youth participant has thoughtfully created a wish list, with all items under $100, and your involvement can help make their holiday dreams a reality.
