It provides the ultimate bonding experience within our personal community, welcoming all to join the club. The class combines elements of boxing, strength, and conditioning for a comprehensive workout that fosters both fitness and camaraderie.
Water and snacks provided, just bring yourself and a towel. We'll make sure you're covered in SWEAT, and full of motivation to keep working on your wellness routine. Gloves are not required, but your commitment is mandatory.
